Samsung Series 9 DV90F09F4SU1 with AI Home 9kg Heat Pump Tumble Dryer Dark Steel

Voice, speed and intelligence — laundry made effortless

The Samsung DV90F09F4SU1 brings smart home convenience to the laundry room. With on-device Bixby voice control, advanced AI drying, and a suite of hygiene and speed features, this 9 kg heat-pump dryer is designed to fit busy modern lives. It offers energy-sensitive drying, powerful sanitising options and fast cycles — all wrapped in a refined dark-grey finish.

Smarter drying with AI Dry+ and AI Energy Mode

AI Dry+ uses multi-sensing technology to detect four fabric types (normal, denim, towels and delicates) and tailors heat and timing to each load. That intelligence reduces drying time and energy use by up to 20% while protecting fibres from unnecessary wear. Paired with AI Energy Mode, you can monitor and reduce energy consumption via SmartThings, making it simple to balance performance with running costs.

Fast, thorough cycles when you need them

When time is tight, QuickDrive™ and Super Speed cut drying times dramatically. The dryer can handle a 5 kg load in about 81 minutes, and the Quick Dry 35’ option readies small items in just over half an hour. QuickDrive™’s intelligent control reduces moisture quickly without compromising care, so you get dry, wearable laundry sooner.

Hygiene, refresh and fewer wrinkles

Hygiene Care raises drum temperatures to sanitise clothing and soft toys — certified to remove a high proportion of bacteria — and works on wet or dry items up to 2 kg. Air Refresh deodorises and freshens garments with hot air when a full wash isn’t needed. Finish cycles with Wrinkle Prevent, which intermittently tumbles cooled clothes for up to 180 minutes to reduce creasing and cut down ironing time.

Quiet, durable and smart maintenance

Silent Dry employs sound-absorbing materials and smart algorithms to keep noise low, so you can run the dryer day or night without disturbance. The Digital Inverter Technology adds longevity and efficient performance, supported by a reassuring long-term warranty on the motor. The 2-in-1 filter collects fluff to protect the heat exchange and includes a clean reminder to simplify upkeep.

Voice control and connected convenience

With built-in Bixby you can use voice commands to set cycles, check progress and get spoken feedback — useful when hands are full or the display is hard to read. SmartThings expands that convenience: AI Energy monitors consumption, SmartThings Home Care sends maintenance alerts, and app features suggest optimal settings based on your usage habits.

Practical features for real homes

A reversible door lets you position the dryer for the best access in your space. OptimalDry™ style sensors automatically adjust drying time and heat for precise results. The 2-in-1 filter plus automated reminders mean less time on maintenance and more on living.
